About Us
Humboldt Soil Harmonics provides biological soil testing to help the local community get in touch with their soil. We aim to assist in learning what components may be missing or in need of adjustment in order to restore the soil and realize the full potential of your crops and gardens.
My name is Sean Fritz and my goal is to encourage self-sustainability and health across individuals, communities, and landscapes. I have spent years working on conventional farms, and have seen many of the issues that are associated with input-intensive agriculture. This led me to begin studies in horticulture and soil science, which eventually culminated in a Bachelors of Science in Environmental Science, with a focus on ecological restoration and soil science, from Humboldt State University.
Following academics, I have worked as an arborist while studying mycology and botany. I am also certified through the Soil Food Web School, which directly aims to restore soil through understanding of microbiology.
